It's 2017, anyone know the actual reason they don't let you evolve your Pokemon until postgame in these games?
Like just make the enemies harder and allow us to evolve, it's not hard, they even introduced mega evolution in this latest one and gave us no way to mega evolve our main characters til after we've beat the game.
