the most obscure Pokémon is the unused pokemon created for the Pokemon Live

In creating the Live! show, they were supposed to have a brand new Pokemon, created specifically for it. Apparently the Pokemon was meant to have a bubble attack, but when they put it on stage, the new Pokemon only spat out tiny bubbles, so the Pokemon was scrapped. This pokemon, apart from MechaMewtwo, was not meant for the TV Show or Video Game, ONLY for the Live! show.
