This nigger right here is a BEAST in ORAS. It's stat are really shit, but he never gets outsped and gets hard-hitting moves like Electro Ball and Discharge/Charm/Fake Tears (Dexnav) early. He's strong enough to OHKO everything its SE against (everything in Alpha Sapphire) and 80 Special Defense lets it survive any special hit (and the lack of Ground special moves in-game...) making it a nice bro.
