The key to Baralotl is to max attack, find a good speed jump threshold and survive the knot from fairy fucker.
116 hp with 60 spdef let's you survive the knot after rocks and gives you a nice speed threshold vs common scarfers, added bonus of surviving +1 Dmeteor from mega latias wich is the strongest counter to Baralotl.
Baralotl really appreciates slow volt turn support and ferrothorn giving him the hazard support and covering Pelipper main issues.
I should say that fini is also annoying for Baralotl with the right spread it can tank eq after protect and chip you hard with Moonblast.
