I've seen his newest design so I've without doubt seen these too, I just don't remember seeing them since they're either Pokemonified animals or objects. That by itself isn't bad since most canon Pokemon are like that, but being an official GameFreak design gives players a reason to remember them, which isn't the case with fakemons designers who try to play it safe.
The final ghost stage is cool I suppose, but yeah, it tries its best to avoid looking like the thing it's based on (grim reaper) so it ends up generic as well.
