The thing is that Stall is like a bunch of problems stacked together like Sableye by itself really isn't that fat, you honestly only really use him to pivot against hazard setters, because most of the your team (except for Dugtrio) is fatter than you.
Also, it's also partialy Dugtrio being so good.
Also guys, we have stuff like Greninja, Mawile and Hoopa still. Beating stall is just a matter of patience. I'm pretty sure a lot of loses against stall is just people being so gung ho with their wincon and letting it get burned or something.
