Is like building a team to get rid of shedinja's weaknesses, only that here there's only one (2) to worry about and rocks/weather are not a problem.
The powercreep is undeniable but if something like zygarde-complete can still go to nowadays' ubers, this thing totally does either. The game hasn't gone shit enough that a mon with 100 across the board and 17 immunities would be in OU.
Besides the fact that if it was an actual pokemon, it would get more attacks than just crunch and dual chop (a ghost STAB, for starters).
