After the change she calls herself a "Z-Powered" version of her old self, but wouldn't Mega Evolution make much more sense? Z-Moves don't change appearance.

Marshadow doesn't have a Z powered form. It powers up like that in some of its regular animations.

Nihilego is the only one to transform. The concept art shows it eating Lusamine's Z-crystals to change form.
