You could only start using Gastrodon in gen 4. It's a Gen 4 Pokemon.

I'm afraid that if we get DP remakes now we aren't getting more megas because that was a last gen thing.

Now if for any reason it came to be I say all the starters, also some old gen Pokémon that didn't get any.
