>>32574287lel no. With Lel's Psychic Terraine stopping most forms of priority, abilities introduced stopping priority, Koko being faster, and Gale Wings being nerfed, hurt its viability a ton. It's only riche in OU is Priority Supersonic Skystrike, but you have to make sure rocks are cleared and that Psychic Terrain isn't up.
But Talonflame did get banned from RU because tis still incredibly fast and still has hard hitting great offensive STAB combination. Also Yveltal had and still has the strongest prioirty move in the game.
