Motion isn't the only important thing when it comes to if an animation looks good. Things like artstyle matter as well, and which one you hold with more importance is dependent on taste.
If he's talking about the SM Ashnime like I think he is, the artstyle is fucking nauseating and the fluidity of the animation does not make up for how much I hate its artstyle.
