That thing is the exact same concept as Mamoswine. It grows significantly bigger and get huge tusks of ice. For an alternative evolution to be considered god tier in my book it has to offer a fresh alternative to the original evolution while still making sense from the pre-evolution's perspective. This is more of a Mamoswine redesign than an alternative evolution.

It is a neat design, but it is a horribly alternative evolution when you consider that Mamoswine does exist.

Irrelevant.
It fundamentally fails as an alternative evolution if its sole purpose is to be a better Mamoswine and replace it instead of taking Piloswine down a different route to make a interesting alternative to Mamoswine.

As many have mentioned this would work better as a Mega.

Also, since you clearly can't read I said the problem with OP's choice is that it isn't an alternative, just an upgrade. If he had said god-tier megas or redesigns then I would have been perfectly fine with it.
