>>32610733More exp is fine if the game is balanced accordingly, however you'd need to change evolution and movelearn levels too. The effect of levels decreses as you get hogher so this might actually make grind worse and by extension skill more important, the opposite of casualisation.
>>32610736The issue here is handling movelearns for 100+mons, box mons keeping up with your frontliners encourages more team changing, which isn't bad on and of itself, and doesn't power up your team all that much.
