You don't. You use the superior Coldsteel. His 175 Base Attack and 155 Base Speed along with his Dark Aura Ability make him the best OU mon there is.

Also you have to keep in mind that Fireball and Hammer are both STAB and super effective, so anon might have some merit in his post. Either way, Bowser barely has any room in OU to begin with, now that King Boo and Ridely got bumped down from ubers
