Or if they are the people that actively don't want you in the server, then the best thing is to just move on
If the friendship could be mended, they wouldn't be excluding you like this
They've probably moved on themselves ages ago, and you're only hurting yourself by lingering in the past hoping you can fix things up
Find new friends who actually like you for who you are, instead of chasing after people who don't
