But in all seriousness, it's a Pokemon that takes little effort (assuming you save scum in front of the mon), usually at a grossly inflated level, often with abilities, stat spreads, and moves that make them insane power houses.

Honestly, I'm sure nobody would call OP out on the legendary thing if he had a Regice. Some might even praise him for using such a mediocre mon that's fairly hard to get, while others might make fun of him for using such a mediocre mon that's fairly hard to get, but that's about it.
