Whether it's Decidueye or Incineroar, I just know it'll happen and either of them will be in some random top 10/100 after enough shoving. The only failed attempt was Zoroark. Unless either suffer the same fate...

Honestly, Gen 7 designs in general were pretty weak. The only original designs I genuinely love are Golisopod, Araquanid, Wishiwashi and Kartana.

On this subject, Rockruff and Night dog have some pretty nice animations in amie and in battle. Day on the other hand is constantly stoned faced and stiff even in referesh and that genuinely bugs me. I am not dissing day dog.

Not that anon, but while Litten did had a whole lot of attention in the anime, I don't think he did anything that notorious with Ash since the castle episode IIRC, where he finally mastered Fire Fang.

As of lately, he seems to have Rockruff and Rowlet more as a companion, but even Rowlet's a bit lazier compared to Rockruff, who's always energetic all the time. Rowlet does have these odd moments where he sneaks up behind some opponent's back though, which makes me wonder the writers' true intentions regarding him.

I'm actually hoping for the next SM episode, where I think something major might happen. Either Ash uses Litten or Rowlet against Morelull? That is, if he doesn't use Rockruff altogether because the other two are afflicted.

I meant more in the sense of him always napping and chilling (which used to affect his battling before but no longer does) when he gets the chance compared to Rockruff always alert and being chipper.

I do wonder if Rowlet could become more alert of his surroundings as he evolved. Like, he becomes a Dartrix, but he doesn't nap as often.
