Pretty sure it'd be outclassed by most viable Electric-types. (that said, Chris never bothered giving us actual stats beyond the lazy-ass "Speed:***, Sp.Atk:**, etc." system.)

Looks mediocre as fuck to me.

Known moves:
Sky uppercut
Mega Kick
Double team
Spin Dash (most likely a normal type move, probably Rapid Spin or a normal type Brick Break with more BP)
Zap Cannonball (would probably be electric type Aura Sphere)
Iron Tail
Mud slap
Thunderbolt
Thunder

So, its movepool sounds kinda shitty too. Would probably be BL3, too good for NU but too crap for RU.

Sonichu can use Eviolite, though. People tend to forget it's a mid-stage between Pikachu/Sonic/Sonee and Metonic. With those kind of stats it has to have SOME kind use for its bulk.

Sonichu of African Descent seems like a much better mon. Neither are switching in, but Black can abuse his mixed attack spread for a larger movepool as well as for breaking through Chansey and Assault Vest users.
