It's 4% or 1%, can't remember. Might only be at dawn and dusk too.

I got one during a Nuzlocke, was pretty cool, give it Headbutt and it learns Glare really early for some early game paraflinch shenanigans.

Actually, you can just catch a Dunsparce on the grass at Three Isle Port in FRLG and then migrate it to HGSS via Pal Park.

Whast makes it worse, White 2 comes out and literally every shaking grass encounter is either dunsparce of audino
