Bugchodes aside, Jirachi is excellent on rain teams. The rain alleviates one of its main weaknesses, and allows it to land Thunder 100% of the time, which has a 60% chance of causing paralysis because of Serene Grace. It's also bulky enough to use Rain Dance if Pelliper has already died, leaving it with two moveslots left for Stealth Rock and wish. An amazing and adorable support Pokemon.
