Or once you get the adreniline orbs in island 2- head back to the first island , go to route three, under the berry tree and try and catch a SoS Salamence( lel i did that for my first ingame the 2 hours spent made the rest of the game faster- helped that my team was lvl 25 basically so a powerhouse cleaved thru the mooks)
