For a loser like Kris to be the best, first she'd have to get some better clothes, sleeveless turtlenecks are stupid and she's stupid for wearing them. And those sorts with the yellow on the crotch, what's it trying to do, evoke urine stains? She needs to get herself a proper dress or skirt and blouse. And then there's that hat, what the hell is going on with that? Is that a do-rag or some kind of skullcap? Either way, it's got to go, she needs a proper lady's hat if she wants to look good.
Next is her hair, an ugly shade of blue with those bizarre angle things making it look like a giant "W"? Why would you do that? It has to take all day to get your hair like that and it looks awful. Just dye it blonde and let it grow out, and keep it clean and well-groomed, that's literally all it takes too get nice looking hair.
Finally, accessories. The pink pokegear is nice, but wearing it on a necklace makes you look too dumb to be able to remember where it is, like you're a retard carrying around your phone on your neck.
