Garchomp's base speed going down to 92 when it mega-evolves is a very big deal

All the pokemon Garchomp normally cucks out with its base speed, now outrun it(plus regular garchomp outspeeds and 1hko you)

except we're talking about this being ingame and not competitive therefore the speed drop doesnt necessarily mean it will get outsped by a bunch of things because most people dont have perfectly ev'd mons ingame

wrong. check the data dump here https://pastebin.com/vkaZNTra and you can see that the important trainers, such as champion, have perfect iv's and ev's therefore if there was a remake you can assume that cynthia's garchomp would have max speed

Yeah maybe if gen 4 was your first gen. She's piss easy even by comparison with other champions. Sinnoh is so power creeped it's almost impossible to build a team that doesn't steamroll her.
