What's the most efficient way to farm hidden grottos in Black 2?

I really want that hidden ability poliwhirl but it only has 1% chance to spawn ;__;

shut sucks cuz I already got like 5 Hariyamas and their rate is 5%. I'm due for a poliwhirl soon, r-right guys?
