Nah, Zam's always had reflect by level up. It was Counter+Magic Guard. You put a focus sash on it and any physical attacker that's faster goes down.

Not a new move, but wouldn't this make the legendary beasts' Hidden Abilities available at last? Probably doesn't matter now that they've all been changed to Inner Focus, but at least they get some immunity to hax.

Just like with the Gen 1 VC, Pokebank will block pokemon with moves they can't learn normally in the game. I highly doubt they would add the PCNY event moves.

Those are fine. They just get scaled down to level 100. Sometimes underleveled mons will pass, but sometimes they don't.

Slowbro, but it could already get mudslap as an egg move.

Umbreon will have this combo. Mega Venusaur will get it assuming the tutors come back in USM

Also Clefable and Chansey get it, but no blocking move.

I know Totodile and Bulbasaur get Razor Wind and Hoppip gets Pay Day, but I don't know of anything useful off the top of my head.

The remainder after you divide the experience by 25. It's easier to just use the last two digits of the exp.
