Does anyone else feel it’s way too fucking easy to get a sylveon? Getting a vaporeon, flareon or jolteon can be a pain in the ass because stones can be hard to get. Getting an espeon or umbreon can be a pain in the ass because you need to increase happiness, a stat that you can’t see, and you need to wait for the right time of day. Getting a leafeon or glaceon can be a pain in the ass because you need to travel all the way to a specific area in the game.

But sylveon? Eevee just needs to know a fairy-type move and have two hearts of affection. One of those requirements is already filled for you, because eevee already knows Baby-Doll Eyes upon getting caught. You just need to interact with eevee in pokemon refresh for less than a minute and you already have two hearts. There’s no hardship, no journey you need to embark on to evolve eevee into sylveon, you can do it two minutes after you’ve caught the eevee, and that’s bullshit. They could have at least had the requirement be full hearts to add a little more challenge, been then again it’s still not much of a challenge.
