The griffin face is a nice touch, but the tail need more work in its design, also the neck need be more long and serpentine for add a more dragonish aesthetic

but they can always introduce two lines with the same type in the same generation. Look at trevenant and pumpkaboo.

Also Stantler woundn't be normal/ghost, would be it's evo and plus turn stantler a ok pokemon via eviolite.
