Unless you're referring to VBA-M, why would you suggest an outdated and poorly made (even for its time) emulator to OP?

You can get ROMs from edge|emulation. Extract the .zip file and then open the .gba file in the emulator.

Already posted, Anon. VBA-M has lost the race, hasn't it? And mGBA will soon emulate the DS as well so we'll finally be able to have a good GBA+DS emulator and say goodbye to the awful DeSmuME as well.
