also also also, entertainment isn't part of the value that much, it's inherent to the purpose of the product. extra entertainment would be in the way of a massive amount of content, enjoyability should be inherent to the product
a good example would be titanfall 1. if you know anything about it you know it was online multiplayer only at a full 60$ per copy. Now a more fair price would be 30-35$ (like that new game Lawbreakers is doing), but for me personally, I love titanfall so much that i wasnt particularly bothered by that price point because it was a new IP and the reward justified the risk. However with pokemon, just buying a new console for that (and what else, maybe mario odyssey?) is absurd.
