Not true. ORAS was developed by Team A and Team B. Almos the entire staff developed ORAS.

For real tho, why do you guys think GF said "core RPG title" core pokemon title would have made me think that it was a mainline pokemon game but now im worried its colosseum or mystery dungeon or conquest

I doubt it will be like anything you listed, although I don't think we should rule out the possibility of remakes. I can definitely see Gen I being remade again. Also, it feels too soon to get Gen VIII.

And while flawed, ORAS was still fun to playthrough unlike fucking SM. ORAS could have been way better, same for XY, but both were still fun games. My main problem with both was the trainer levels being too low, without or without the Exp Share

Same here. They could have said "sequel to SM on the Switch" or even "remake of gen__ on the Switch"
But to call it an RPG title makes it seem like it's not a main game.

Well, that's fairly typical of games within the same generation. But X/Y has more content than Emerald, just as OR/AS does. And since a lot of X/Y's content is in OR/AS, it makes sense.
