Which is doubtful because they have exclusive Z-moves, what would you expect their stats to be? Here's mine.

Mega Decidueye
Type: Grass/Ghost
Ability: Sniper
Base Stats: 78/137/85/110/110/110

Mega Incineroar
Type: Fire/Dark
Ability: Intimidate
Base Stats: 95/155/110/100/110/60

Mega Primarina
Type: Water/Fairy
Ability: Serene Grace

Primarina gets more frills, I could see it going fully bipedal. Maybe it's pearls become a ring around it.

Incineroar becomes hunched over, and gets a cape.

Decidueye is the most difficult imo you really can't improve on it's design without it being overdesigned.
