Good I wanted to complain about Jolteon somewhere.
I'm doing a platinum run, needed an electric type so evolved my Eevee.
Turns out this pokemon who has a great Sp Atk ONLY learns physical fucking moves until lvl 71 when it learns Thunder.
This is fucking bullshit.
