There already are plenty. Just because it got lucky and got a good ability that made it broken in competitive doesn't excuse its bad design but that's a matter of personal preference. Though I must admit Mega Blaziken looks cool though still not the best.

Stronger? Yes. It's not an impossible task. Anyone can come up with a ridiculously strong idea. It's just that GF haven't done that yet. There's no reason to believe they won't do it though. Fuck, as new gimmicks like Mega Evolution and Z-move keep coming, there's a pretty good chance an existing starter like Infernape or Greninja might end up stronger than Blaziken one day.

The key was they made it less triangular and weighed down by giving it more upturned features to offset its bottom heaviness. The flame ribbons add a dynamic flow to offset its stiff features. The rooster comb is better suited for it than the V crest. The black is way better than mustard yellow, makes its other colors pop and again looks wilder and more dynamic with the bit of asymmetry.

It's just a much more balanced design.
