Kyogre (just regular, not Primal) - Suffering 60, Deserving 75
It was a nightmare in Ubers from Gen 3 right up until ORAS, and now Primal Groudon completely screws it over. Primal Kyogre is fine, but regular Kyogre really isn't doing well. Plus its cry sounds dumb in Gen 6/7.
Soul Dew - Suffering 95, Deserving 85
It went from giving a 50% SpAtk and SpDef boost to giving a 20% boost to Dragon and Psychic moves. If that's not suffering then I don't know what is.
