I think people get "feminine design" and "sexual design" mixed up too much. Lilligant has a dress made of leaves to look feminine, not to look like it's meant to turn people on. Same thing with Lopunny, Gardevoir, or whatever other pokemon people act like faggots about.
This stuff is designed to appeal to girls. Its meant to give a variety of cute, pretty, and strong looking feminine designs. People are gonna jack off to it no matter what, not much I can do about that, but I dont buy that Gamefreak is intentionally designing these designs for furfaggots who are an intensely minority group.
