But you are right, it doesn't seem as though starterwars lead to bans. Although that would make it all the more impressive if someone actually did get banned for inciting them.

Not him, but this is actually a pretty good idea. If you handle it correctly, you'll manage to even get a sadistic kick out of making the board you hate even worse while seeking a way to get yourself freed. It might even help to get the mods more active, who knows.

If you're going for speed:
Post porn of any pokemon or use a ban-worthy name

If you're going for style:
Break as many board and global rules that you can
Piss off as many people as you can (even better if it leads to fights)
