Pokémon is too childish for anything sexual to be included in it.

Pokémon probably don't even Breed.

Game freak haven't even consider adding anything sexual in Pokémon.

There are 2 theories

All Pokémon don't lay Eggs or even come from Eggs.

Maybe consider the fact that Blissey's eggs are just a food or restorative thing. It's not proven that the eggs it carries and uses are the same that hatch other Happinys/Chanseys.

Also, it's a fucking game and lore was never well thought-out nor a priority to the developers. So just make up your own headcanon and be happy with it.

I see you misunderstood me, obviously the logic answer is that daycare people and most adults in general lie about eggs, because our MC is a kid.
We all had pets when we were young, did your parents explain you what was the dog doing with your foot or how did you get a new sibling..m or they just said "it's a miracle/ magic/ don't ask about it/ you will understand in the future"?

It's never said that they don't. In fact, a few Pokedex entries mention mating habits.

It's just that no one knows where the eggs actually come from, since no one's ever seen a Pokemon lay one.

How they're made is obvious, it's where they come from that's a mystery.
