+first evo is really cute, also sounds adorable in the anim
+all the stages are distinctive from each other
-middle evo somehow loses all of torchic's cuteness while only being kind-off badass which is bad even by middle evo standards
-final evos hood is shit as are the yellow markings on its legs
+mega evo gets rid of everything wrong with blaziken and actually makes it into a cool pokemon
-adds a new awful thing to it in the form of ugly fiery streamers which could easily have been a cool arm band
Mudkip's line
+mudkip is really, really cute
+as is its final evolution
-but less cute then mudkip
-mid evo still looks shit despit the main reason for mid evos being shit is due to them falling in between the cuteness of the first stage and th badassery of th final stage
-mega evos gimmick just makes it look less cute then regular swampert while still failing to be badass
Treecko's line
+every stag does have its own distinctive feel to it
-treecko literally isn't even cute in any way which every other single first stage starter manages to be
-tail is also really ugly
-middle stage is like combusken in the sense that it is not cool while only being slightly badass either
-final stage is somehow less badass then the middle evo which means like its first evolution you can just gloss over it
-both its tail and back tumours (i don't know what to call them) are ugly and obnoxious
-its mega evolution takes these two aspects and maks them even more ugly and obnoxious
Turtwig's line
+first evolution is pretty cute
-middle evo is shite but then again so is every other middle evo
-final evo has a whole landscape on its shell
Chimchar's line
-first evo is derpy but not in a cute way
-middle evo has an obnoxious marking over its eyes
-final evo keeps the obnoxious eye marking only changing its colour to something less in your face
-spirals around the chest weren't needed
