A move inspired by chillies

No.32882689 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
So basically this is a thread to discuss about one move that I have found inspired by chillies.
Chilli Blast (Fire-Type)
Power: ---
PP: Either 10 or 15
Accuracy: 100%
It is exclusive only to pure Grass types together with some of these Pokemons:
Vileplume
Tropius
Cradily
Torterra
It has a similar movement to Magnitude but with some tweaks:
1. Instead of having 10 levels of power, it has only 4 levels of power.
2. The move has different effects if Sunny Day and Rain are present. (Sandstorm and Hail are not to be mentioned)
So why these two tweaks is all about?
1. Max power is actually is 120. I split it up to 4 levels of power to make balance on the move. First level of power is Blast One, which have 30 base damage. Second is Blast 2, which has 60 base damage. Third is 90 base damage and the last one is max power base damage, which has 120 base damage. It is fully randomized and quite OP is there is only 4 levels of power so the second statement should give it some balances.
2. Sunny Day and Rain affects the move as Sunny Day makes Blast 2 and 3 to have a 100% chance to occur, Blast 4 have 50% chance of occuring and Blast 1 has only 25% chance to occur in battle. But in Rain, Blast 1 has the 100% chance to occur, Blast 2 and 3 has 50% chance to occur and lastly the Blast 4 has only 25% chance to occur during battle. This was done to balance the amount of random Blast 4 to have a chance to occur infinitely, causing unfair competitive battling and angery.
Any flaws could be pointed. Thanks.
