Outspeeds Grenigga, little extra damage is nice, and I always run flamethrower or occasionally fire blast for killing steelfags. The extra damage may allow me to one shot the more annoying of steel types like ferrothorn.

Luxray ain't outspeeding anyone, but it is a great wallbreaker. If it just got flame charge, it would be on every one of my team comps!

I use 20 stat points to give it Arm Thrust and Icicle Spear, then I dumb the last 10 points into Attack.
