Basically, as far as personalities go, we could hypothetically have someone a lot better. But he is the best we have.
To put it another way, I don't think he's a bad dude or doing a crap job, but he's more along the lines of someone I could just chill with who happened to land a job way outside his league all because they need the spot filled and he was the best applicant.
