If you care about story, BW. If you care more about gameplay, BW2. If not having access to older Pokémon bothers you, BW. If you enjoy post-game Frontier-style battles and references to older games, BW2.

Gonna go both. 1st games are good if you want a clean start with a completely new dex. Sequels are one of the better remixes made and offer a much different experience then the first games.
