Updated 3DS a while ago and heard they were bricking 3DS out of the blue. Am I safe all I did was soundhax just so I could use PKHex, am I safe, can I turn my Wifi on?

Thanks, but I hear some conflicting stuff, like it only hit people who used custom themes and free shop, but I haven't heard people who just use it for PKhex

Same anon as before, I've used PKHex, freeShop, and custom themes all at one point and I'm not banned. It might be the newer version of freeShop that is causing complications, so I'd advise against getting it if you were thinking of getting custom firmware. Just to be on the safe side, I wouldn't inject Pokémon with your WiFi on. It's been a while since I've injected with QR codes, but I don't think they require internet connection anyway.

TL;DR, don't inject with wifi on

If you already have access to the Homebrew Menu (installed via soundhax) you should be good to go already. Just look up a guide on how to inject Pokémon with QR codes. I remember that is has something to do with HANS in the Homebrew Menu, that's all.
