Yes, you're right that 4chan is a lot more lenient compared to other sites; the anonymity helps I suppose.
HOWEVER, we still have rules. We still find some things intolerable. In this case, that'd be the starter wars.
SO, unless you actually want to incite one, let me ask this; why won't people who start the war be banned?
