Shadow Sky might make meme appearences as an antimeta, and I think Articuno's had a busted freeze chance if I remember correctly. Might pull Articuno out of PU. Probably not, but y'know.

Well most of the Shadow Moves are total ass anyway. The only ones that could be worth half a damn are Shadow Half, Shadow Panic, Shadow Shed and Shadow Sky.

Of course we're going by GoD mechanics, because it's the most recent one.

But even if all Shadow moves were available, it wouldn't mean shit, because all of the high power moves are either exclusive to shit-tier Pokemon or have massive drawbacks.
