actually a 50% boost stacked on top of another 50% boost is not a flat 100% boost but more of a 125% boost as the first time the move is boosted to 150% and the second time to 225%, likewise with the accuracy drop.

Durant could double down on the risk reward or be a beast with two hone claws boosts

people mistaking these boosted hits as choice band/specs boosts and then getting btfo when they get hit by a pokemon not choice locked

that's all I can think of

My prediction:
Victini, Machamp, and Golurk just got much scarier. Anything that can run Coil for a physical set (like Zygarde) just became more powerful.

Potential but unlikely, probably ends up being bad overall:
Some mons like Garchomp might choose to run this item + Hone Claws instead of LO + Swords Dance or w/e to prevent recoil.

I doubt this would be good, but it might catch on:
Some mons might run the perfect accuracy moves (particularly something like Aura Sphere) and use this item for a choice-less Choice item. Might be low-ladder, though.
