>>32948314They're barebones remakes that use none of the interesting things from Gen 2 and the other half of Gen 3. The Sevii Islands were actual padding garbage that barely had anything interesting going on. Not to mention that awful "Huh? Golbat stopped evolving?" because they locked out cross gen evolutions for no reason other than to make the game more barebones. It was the same game without the limitations. No excuse.
