Aquaranid is so forgettable that I was spelling it "Aquaranid" for months out of habit.
It is forgettable, because it hasn't even appeared in the anime yet, and it is not easily accessed in the game.
It's not forgettable because its design is bad.
If you don't like it, make your own chart.

I put the Pokémon in that category because I saw missed opportunities, not necessarily because I disliked them.
Most of my choices were heavily constrained by the lack of Pokémon in the 6th and 7th generations.
