I'm stuck on what I believe is the fourth floor of the Clover Burial Tower. One of the walking skeletons is impossible to sneak by. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mFPDkYuUWP4

It's not impossible. Just don't fucking run and if you are getting fed up just use savestates.

thats not the problem. i slowed the game down and even walking i didnt move until the skeleton guy made it to the other side and turned around.

and yes i've been using save states

you run past the running skeletons because they're too fast to get past with walking and you walk past the turning skeletons so they don't automatically face you

The running skeletons won't turn towards you if you run

What you need to do is to run, but you need to start running at the good moment, otherwise you just thud the skeletok like a retard. It is possible to pass, and even not the hardest one but you can do it.
