Add in the fact that many of the anti-ban voters reasonings were "arena trap as a whole should be banned, not dugtrio" and "while I agree dugtrio/arena trap is broken I think other stuff should have been suspected first" a retest is definitely necessary. Especially since Dugtrio stall has been extremely common and successful in WCoP.
